Refund Policy

Hayward Emergency Plumbing charges a flat service coordination fee before a plumbing professional is dispatched.

If Hayward Emergency Plumbing is unable to arrange a plumbing professional for your request, the coordination fee will be refunded.

Once a plumbing professional has been assigned and dispatch arrangements have begun, the coordination fee is non-refundable because the coordination service has been performed.

Plumbing labor, parts, diagnostic fees, repairs, warranties, and any other charges from the plumbing professional are separate from the Hayward Emergency Plumbing coordination fee and are subject to the service provider’s own terms and policies.
